Teacher exchange program is wonderful concept. I am very much interested for research collaboration. I did an attempt too. But if the KI is interested for research collaboration, we will be very happy for that.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>We serve mankind, and we should help the needy person too.</div>

<div><br></div>We got selected from our institution, and we were happy for this exchange program. Our teachers from the same university, do visit this place as a part of LP program.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>We did some preparations like, about our college, our department and about us, in the PPT format.</div><div><br></div><p>&nbsp;</p>

I am very happy to implement Knowledge cafe, which is practiced by the Dr Lars. Urosurgeon in KI.<div><br></div><div>Good research oriented teaching, so I need to update in my department atleast.</div><div><br></div><div>Less good was, no bedside teaching.</div>

The teaching methodology is excellent here in KI. We Indians still follow the traditional teaching methods.<div><br></div><div>Less number of students for a teacher makes good interactions.</div><div><br></div><div>KI has got fantastic teaching materials, good infrastructure, simulation labs, enthusiastic teachers, research and practical oriented, and last but not least is FIKA break. This helps the students to be attentive during the class hours.</div><div><br></div><div>The teachers are very friendly with the students this creates a healthy environment for the students.</div><div><br></div><div>The learning is fun in this place.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Only disadvantage what i could find is, no bedside discussion and more of investigation oriented teaching. But still its a good one!!</div>

We could spend almost equal percentage of time for seminars, ward round, visiting to the important areas like ER/OR/ICU/ECMO.
