My university  has a collaboration with my host, and teach methods and systems are similar. It was there easy to blend into the system.

I noted that there was more emphasis on system contact and less on patient contact.  The students were very weak in clinical methods , however were very willing to learn. They  appreciated their  deficits and went along way to remedy them

I had opportunity to be involved in peer exchange of knowlegde and skills

teaching hours per week -   25 hours

70% teaching , 30% seminars

other preparation  per week  6 hours

 specialist  clinic visits  and peer meetings    and case discussions - 20 hours
