I did not partake in the introduction day, but my arrival was uneventful. I met with Magdalena the day I arrived, and she gave me all the necessary instructions for what else I needed to do.
I love Jagargatan aka the Jagsss! I like that we're placed with other international students. It makes meeting people a lot easier. People are very social here. I have absolutely loved Jagar. Honestly, living in Jagargatan was probably the highlight of my time here.
Yes, I applied through UAC (I think?). It was the KI housing website.
I chose to study at KI because I had visited Stockholm once before and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. When I found out that my medical school in the USA had an exchange program with KI, I knew I wanted to go.
I found the exchange information helpful. That said, you just got to do your own research on this stuff!

I did dermatology not medicine, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Only drawback was that it was basically all in Swedish which made it difficult at times.
I did dermatology. (NOT medicine as indicated below) I found the attendings and housestaff to be extremely friendly and down-to-earth, which is something you do not always find in the USA!
1 suggestion I would have: they should recommend 1-2 resources to read throughout the month.
