I applied through KI-housing website, and I felt everything went smooth troughout the process. When I arrived at Jägargatan the room was very dirty, so I had to clean for several hours. I think the standard was low, but manageable.
I did not participate in any social programme, because I got to know so many nice people in my house at Jägargatan.

I chose to go on exchange because of the great opportunity to learn, both about other cultures, but also how hospitals and doctors work in a different country. I choose KI because of the clinical focus they are known for.

Pediatrics:
My overall impression of the course is very good. The theoretical content was clinically orientated, and not so specialized. The clinical courses were also good, a bit challenging at times, but the teachers were great. Good quality!
Gynecology and obstetrics:
I am very satisfied with this course. I liked the seminars and the lessions. Good quality!
Both courses were very relevant, considering both the examination and for the future as being a doctor.
I loved everything! The one and only thing I thought was a bit difficult, was all the work with different cards in the beginning (Mecenat-kort, E-tjänestekort etc). Maybe you could gathered all these cards or information about them in forehand for the exchange students.
I think the swedish study environment was less including then I am used to from Oslo, but not at all bad. The relationships between students and patients/teacher was really good.
